General Notes

We got a liege waffle but it didn't really have the texture that I was expecting and I wasn't a huge fan. I overheard another conversation saying that the liege waffle can be a bit chewy and a lot of people prefer the brussels waffle instead, which is crispier. That might be the move next time. Would be willing to come back and give it another try because this sounds like (in theory) the type of thing I'd really enjoy
