General Notes
A cute neighborhood French bistro and brunch spot. I've only been here for brunch, and it was overall a good experience. Decent food, nice neighborhood / atmosphere. I would go for the backyard patio seating if you can, it's a nice vibe.
Positives
> They don't accept tip; their prices already have the "tip" built into them. So the prices might look high but they're really post-tip prices.
Dishes Tasted
- ★★☆☆ Croque Madame -- baked black forest ham & gruyere sandwich on toasted pain de mie, topped with a sunny side up egg. Decent but not particularly noteworthy.
- ★★☆☆ Mayan Mocha -- w/ cinnamon and chili. A good overall drink. The balance of the spices felt a little bit off and I would have liked the flavors to be slightly more intense in general, but still a very enjoyable drink. IT COMES IN A BOWL and is a massive drink.
- ★★☆☆ Toasted Baguette -- with goat cheese + roasted peppers. A good, tasty combination but not particularly noteworthy.
- ★★★☆ Omelette de Jour -- crispy bacon, caramelized onions, portobello mushrooms, and brie cheese with potatoes + toast. Delightful combination which you can't really go wrong with, cooked well. Potatoes were flavorful too.
