A pretty unique restaurant, to say the least. Their ramen comes in massive portions, is extremely unhealthy, but is also incredibly delicious. Another interesting aspect of the restaurant is that you are supposed to "reveal your dreams" whenever you come here. I honestly don't really care much for this, but I suppose it gives the restaurant a bit of character. For the health conscious, I would avoid this place at all costs, but otherwise I would recommend giving this place a try.
> The flavor profile of their ramen aligns really well with my preferences. The broth is intensely savory and flavorful, which is unmatched anywhere else. This is a bit of a double edged sword, because later on it will definitely feel way too greasy as you work your way through the bowl. The chashu is tender and flavorful - they even sell chashu by the pound separately. The noodles are also relatively thick and chewy, just the way I like them.
> Their portions are HUGE. This is without a doubt the biggest bowl of ramen that you will ever eat, piled high with noodles, chashu, and bean sprouts. Especially considering that a bowl is only $12/14, this is also one of the more affordable ramen places.
> Cash only
> The line can become extremely long
> The way the seating is organized essentially means you cannot seat parties of more than 6. They also follow a pretty rigid schedule when it comes to seating, so you are discouraged from staying too long. You definitely feel pressured to finish and leave quickly as a result.
