General Notes
Sister restaurant to Imm Thai and essentially the same menu. Like Imm Thai, their menu definitely swings "home cooking" -- that's what they advertise themselves as too. The food is not particularly flashy but uses familiar ingredients and comforting. Overall, the food is solid but not amazing.
Positives
> The interior vibes of the place are quite nice; I like the decor quite a bit
Negatives
> On the day that I went (2022-04-21) they seemed to be very under-staffed. There was one waiter who was running around, clearly with way too much stuff to do.
Dishes Tasted
- ★★☆☆ Avocado Green Curry -- chicken, green coconut milk curry with avocados, green beans, bell peppers, sweet basil, served with rice. Your average green curry; relatively spicy, the consistency of the curry itself is quite nice
- ★★★☆ Fried Pumpkin -- fried kabocha squash, served with sweet & sour sauce, ground peanuts. Amazingly fried (so crispy!), perfectly cooked pumpkin, and the sauce adds a nice touch.
