• ★★★☆ 手撕包菜 -- They use quite a bit of corn starch, which gives it an interesting mouth feel that I don't typically associate with this dish, but overall the flavors are excellent and it's prepared well.
• ★★★☆ Xian Style Lamb Noodle -- Delicious! Has a flavor profile similar to a 大盘鸡 except with lamb noodles instead.
