Excellent cafe in Fukuoka. Their coffee is fantastic. I had a decaf iced americano, which used a single-origin coffee from Oaxaca, Mexico. You could really taste the flavor of the coffee through the lack of milk, and it had the perfect balance of acidity and roasted flavors without tasting acrid. They also have a lot of great dessert / food options. I came here twice during my time in Fukuoka, and each time the servers spoke decent English. After all, there are a LOT of foreigners who come visit this cafe.
> The counter by the entrance is a great place to journal, if you're into that while traveling like I am. I haven't tried the tables yet but I chose the counter because I knew it'd be a reliable, _stable_ surface that doesn't shake much.
