General Notes

Ramen restaurant specializing in beef broth. They also have a bunch of other dishes that also feature beef, like curry rice, gyudon, gyoza, beef karaage, and bone marrow. The food is pretty delicious, would certainly recommend.


Dishes Tasted

  • ★★☆☆ Bone Marrow -- pretty good; well seasoned and I like the char. It's just a bit too heavy by itself; I feel like it needs some bread or something sweet / acidic to go with it.
  • ★★★☆ Traditional Paitan -- Beef bone broth cooked with kelp, shaved bonito, mushrooms, topped with beef filet, oyster mushroom, onsen egg, truffle. The flavor is delicious, I especially love the addition of truffle. Each component (notably, the beef) is perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. Portion is a bit on the smaller side, but very delicious.
