General Notes

Solid restaurant that specializes in tsukemen. I've been here twice; I enjoyed my first experience here a lot more, my second experience was more meh. The noodles and the tsukemen experience itself is excellent; I like how the meal evolves and the waitress adds hot broth to the dipping sauce to turn it into a soup. The chashu is pretty awful (it was really dry / hard), but all the other components were good. Worth a try, although there are probably other better tsukemen places out there at this point.

Dishes Tasted

  • ★★☆☆ Chashu Tsukemen -- Overall, the noodles are really good. I like how they're thick and chewy and the hint of lime adds a nice refreshing taste. The flavor of the broth is excellent, although the texture feels a little unpleasantly slimy. The chashu was awful; super dry and hard.
