Solid restaurant that specializes in tsukemen. I've been here twice; I enjoyed my first experience here a lot more, my second experience was more meh. The noodles and the tsukemen experience itself is excellent; I like how the meal evolves and the waitress adds hot broth to the dipping sauce to turn it into a soup. The chashu is pretty awful (it was really dry / hard), but all the other components were good. Worth a try, although there are probably other better tsukemen places out there at this point.
