General Notes

~bougie~ chinese restaurant that opened recently in Belmont. The food is pretty solid, although the selling point is definitely the vibes / environment / service of the place. Good place for a larger group / nicer experience at a Chinese restaurant. They serve a little bit of everything, from dim sum to beijing duck to sichuan dishes.

Dishes Tasted
  • ☆☆☆☆ shrimp / egg tofu -- not a good combination, lacking in flavor / textural contrast
  • ★★★☆ vermicelli / scallop
  • ☆☆☆☆ rice roll / ribs -- this had a weird stinky flavor, and I can't put a handle on why (it's not from the orange zest, which was nice but a little overpowering)
