General Notes

For some reason I confused this place with Tatsu Ramen (the chain in NYC). Thank goodness I resolved that confusion because the ramen here was really disappointing compared to Tatsu. As a whole, the dish I ordered was really bland, and there were several other miscellaneous execution flaws. I would not recommend coming here when you visit Assembly Row.

Dishes Tasted

  • ★☆☆☆ Mega Ramen -- Mediocre ramen. The broth was fairly bland and wasn't very savory despite being relatively greasy. The dish as a whole was pretty bland, with too many boiled toppings that add no flavor (e.g. cabbage and bean sprouts). The pork was inconsistent - sometimes tender and juicy and other times really dry. The shredded pork was weird and didn't fit with a ramen dish. The noodles were decent. I'm a bit disappointed this doesn't come with an egg.
