Restaurant serving Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. Hiroshima style differs from the typical Kansai-style okonomiyaki in that it's layered, with each layer cooked separately. So the "pancake" part is actually quite thin, and underneath is a bunch of other stuff, including always having some noodles, typically yakisoba. It's pretty good, but not particularly noteworthy and rarely something I'd crave. It's a little bit annoying to eat as it's structurally not very sound and they only provide two spatulas per table that are quite small and difficult to use effectively.
