General Notes

Sushi restaurant in Daly City; on the pricier side but the food is incredible and worth the money. They have a ton of different items on their menu, but what they're probably most well known for is their "Oh Baby Box", chirashi bowls, and their 9 item "box" (not exactly sure what it's called on the menu). The restaurant is really tiny and the ambiance is pretty awful, so you should come here with the intention of savoring the food (this is definitely not a date spot).

Positives

> The food is on the pricier side, but it's actually pretty reasonably priced. The "Oh Baby Box" is actually a pretty substantial portion, I would consider splitting it and maybe a smaller item or two for a group of two.

Negatives

> The ambiance of the restaurant is ... not nice. It's very tiny and cramped, the seating is not that comfortable, and the tables are ... quite sticky.

Dishes Tasted
  • ★★★★ Oh Baby Box -- uni, hokkaido scallop, seared salmon toro, crab meat, ikura over sushi rice. Also served with plenty of nori, to make hand rolls! The seared salmon and uni is also topped with a kind of relish that tastes INCREDIBLE and adds a perfect acidic contrast. My favorite was the seared salmon toro :D. This is probably their flagship dish and it's actually quite a substantial portion.
