I've heard great things about Tilak, but unfortunately the food / flavors just didn't really hit for me. I'd definitely be willing to come back to try some of their other offerings, but my (one) experience here wasn't the best.

Dishes Tasted

• ★★★☆ Garlic Naan -- Nice texture. Not a big fan of the relatively raw garlic, but generally delicious.
• ★★☆☆ Saffron Rice -- Solid, but the saffron flavor was a bit too strong against the butter chicken.
• ★☆☆☆ Butter Chicken -- Dark chicken meat in a tomato cashew cream sauce, in our signature blend of spices. The chicken is delightfully tender. The curry is actually too creamy / thick. The flavor feels a bit off; it's too sweet and needs a bit more salt + tomato / acidity.
• ★☆☆☆ Paneer Pakora -- Indian cottage cheese fried in a fritter with chickpea flour. Not a great dish; this just doesn't really work. Not getting this in the future.
