I have been looking forward to trying this restaurant for a long time. This is the first restaurant that specializes in Inner Mongolian food that I've seen outside of Inner Mongolia. The food is really, really good. The 烧麦 tastes just like what I'd get in 呼和浩特 -- loose filling, oily, perfect wrapper. The other dishes are solid too. Would definitely come back with my family to try some of their other offerings. On the more expensive side for a Chinese restaurant.

• ★★☆☆ 烤羊排 -- Pretty good, like the flavors. The cook on the meat is good but not outstanding, I like the crisp but it felt a little overdone at places.
• ★★★☆ 羊肉汤莜面 -- I'm not sure that this noodle shape is necessarily correct for this noodle style dish, but the soup is delicious and the texture of the noodle itself is nice.
• ★★★★ 油麦菜 -- Stir-fried super well. Intensely savory and perfectly cooked
• ★★★★ 烧麦 -- This is amazing -- loose and oily filling with a perfect wrapper. This is just like what you'll find in 呼和浩特.
