General Notes

The food here is genuinely really good. I came here as part of the all-inclusive package at Alila Ventana, and it was fantastic; excellent service and great vibes. There are a few tables here that also have a view of the ocean, definitely try to snag one of those if you can. It's pretty expensive and I wouldn't come here on my own without the all-inclusive package, but it's excellent with it.

Dishes Tasted

• ★★★☆ Panna Cotta -- strawberry, panna cotta, popcorn, etc. Pretty good.
• ★★★★ Sticky Toffee Pudding -- This is one of the greatest desserts I've ever had, the whiskey sauce is an excellent touch, served with malt ice cream and a nice little "happy anniversary" chocolate.
• ★★★☆ Squid Ink Pasta -- scallops, red sauce with a little bit of chili, cooked well and nicely flavored
• ★★★☆ Scallops -- cooked perfectly, nice flavor as well
• ★★★★ Flat Iron Steak -- cooked perfectly; the additional sauce + mushrooms + pearl onions are excellent
• ★☆☆☆ Tuna Crudo -- not great, kind of bland flavor is a little lackluster
• ★★★☆ Crab Cakes -- fried with butter, super delicious
