General Notes
Excellent coffee at a very reasonable price point. It's not a great option for studying or an extended hangout, but it's fantastic if you're looking for a quick / casual hangout spot or just great coffee. I went to the one in the Richmond; they have another location in Nob Hill, they also recently opened a location in the Mission.
Positives
> They have some pretty cool menu offerings, like a "coffee flight" and seasonal specialty drinks. I probably don't understand coffee well enough to properly appreciate these but it could be a great option for coffee enthusiasts out there.
> Servers are super friendly!
Negatives
> The seating is pretty uncomfortable and doesn't lend itself well to reading / studying / working. Most of the seating area is like counter seating, but the seats are far too short, so you end up in a very uncomfortable position.
Dishes Tasted
- ★★★☆ Coffee Cream Soda -- espresso, tonic, orange zest, vanilla bean, coconut whipped cream. Could use a little more espresso flavor but overall I like the drink a lot, I like that it uses coconut whipped cream so that I don't have to worry about dairy.
- ★★★☆ Vanilla Rosemary Latte -- espresso, milk, and our seasonal vanilla syrup infused with rosemary and juniper. Excellent flavor combination, the vanilla and rosemary are noticeable but subtle so as to not overpower the flavor of the drink.
