A great option for fried chicken sandwiches. The flavor combination is fairly unique and the components mesh together harmoniously. Give it a try!


Positives

> From the website: "We use dark thigh meat. After lots of trial and error, we’ve found that thigh meat makes for the juiciest, most tender piece of fried chicken." I'd agree!


Negatives

> The berbere spice blend is delightful but slightly too strong. I'd prefer the savory crispiness of the breading to be more emphasized.

  • ★★★☆ Curly Fries -- Very warm, fresh, and good quality curly fries.
  • ★★★☆ Fried Chicken Sandwich -- Free range chicken coated in our berbere spice blend, celery, house-made apple slaw, mayo and pickles on a freshly baked bun. All of the components are lovely and pair well together. The cook on the chicken was perfect, and it was so tender. I only wish the crust on the chicken were crispier and had a bit more savoriness to it.
