General Notes

I came here during the $33 restaurant week special. The star of the experience was definitely the pasta - it was cooked to perfection and super flavorful. The other options are not nearly as good. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for good pasta!

Positives

> As I mentioned, the pasta here is absolutely amazing. Perfectly al-dente, served with an incredibly flavorful sauce.
> The restaurant week special here is actually an antipasti, primi, secondi. That is, there is no dessert - a second entree substitutes for it. Considering the prices on the menu, the restaurant week special is a great deal.

Negatives

> The restaurant itself is very cramped, much like many other North End restaurants. We were also seated right next to the kitchen, which was quite loud.

  • ★★★★ Pappardelle alla Bolognese -- Perfectly cooked al-dente pasta with flavorful sauce.
  • ★★★★ Ravioli alla Amatriciana
  • ★★★★ Arugula Salad -- Excellent, great vinaigrette. This was where I first discovered my love for arugula!
  • ★★☆☆ Salmon -- Decent, but the flavors were pretty boring and flat.
  • ★☆☆☆ Maiale -- Pork tenderloin was a little dry with too hard of an exterior
