General Notes
Terra Cotta Warrior has pretty good reviews but was a somewhat disappointing experience. I'm partially to blame for ordering a couple of items that I typically don't prefer as much; I'd definitely be down to come back to try some of their other offerings like 凉皮 or their 孜然羊肉面. As is though, the food was not as good as I had hoped. Definitely pretty affordable, though.
Dishes Tasted
- ★☆☆☆ 羊肉泡馍 -- The lamb was actually really good, but the other components were meh. The soup in particular needed more seasoning and lacked flavor.
- ★★☆☆ 肉夹馍 -- The flatbread had a nice texture. The meat was decent, but it was a bit too salty and relatively uninteresting, flavorwise. I would have liked either more fat, or some other miscellaneous flavorings.
