General Notes

Solid taqueria out in west Las Vegas, pretty close to Red Note Rhythm Gaming. Nothing particularly noteworthy about this place. They have good food at very reasonable price points. It's pretty bustling -- expect a crowd, particularly late at night.

Dishes Tasted
  • ★★★☆ Quesabirria -- this quesabirria is loaded with quite a lot more meat than I was expecting. For $9 (and $1 extra for consomme), you get a very filling portion.
  • ★★☆☆ Lengua Burrito -- the lengua itself was delightful. I found the burrito to be a little more "heavy" than I'm used to, with a little too much cheese / cream. But overall, delicious.
