Definitely one of the better izakaya style restaurants I've been to. The food is delicious, especially the tsukune -- that was so incredible, and I normally don't like tsukune all that much. The food is actually quite reasonably priced -- the prices look normal until you realize just how massive the portions are for each item (the pork belly, other skewers, and hamachi kama come to mind). The vibes are nice, it's warm and cozy but not crowded or overly loud, would make a decent date spot. Note that they don't take reservations so you may need to wait in a line outside during peak hours. Would love to come back to try some of their other offerings.
