Chinese bakery in Chinatown specializing in 纸包蛋糕, basically a sponge cake. Apparently it's pretty popular in Hong Kong. At the end of the day, it's not particularly noteworthy, but the texture is nice (it's super soft) and it's overall just pretty comforting to eat, nice as a post-meal snack or breakfast. They have 12 different flavors; couldn't decide which ones to get so we just got one of everything and brought them back to the office. My favorites were the black sesame, pandan, and cappuccino. Very cheap (just $1.50 each).
