Solid Korean restaurant, specializing in seolleongtang and various other Korean beef soups / stews like suyuk, kalbijjim, etc. Probably a sister restaurant to Soo Ja Fusion Bistro, which is right on the other side of the parking lot. The different cuts of meat vary significantly in quality of prepration, but overall the food is quite solid.

• ★★★☆ Modeum Suyuk -- suyuk with assorted cuts of beef -- brisket, shank, oxtail, tendon. The brisket was incredible, and the tendon was solid as well. The shank was alright, and the oxtail was pretty tough. Overall, good flavor and solid dish.
• ★★★☆ Seolleongtang -- brisket, noodles, beef bone soup. This is about what you'd expect from seolleongtang, the brisket is delicious and the flavor of the soup is nice.
