General Notes
Sliver Pizzeria is a solid pizza place; they have several locations across the bay but they're probably best known for their locations in the heart of downtown Berkeley. Each day, they have one and only one pizza -- the "pizza of the day", which also is always vegetarian. Apparently, the name "sliver" comes from the fact that with each pizza, you get a couple of very thin slices on top, which are the "slivers". I'm pretty sure the slivers come from a separate pizza because the crust seems to be a bit thicker. Either way, solid pizza at a very reasonable price point; being able to order a half pizza is pretty huge.

> I love the crust here. It's simultaneously crispy on the outside, but also soft / chewy on the interior. The textural contrast is delightful

- ★★★☆ Pizza of the day (2023-08-13) -- corn, baby spinach, caramelized onions, mozzarella, french feta, parmesan cheese, herbs, olive oil. Very solid combination, the corn is a great touch. It goes really well with the green sauce.
