A dry-pot style restaurant. Essentially, you choose the ingredients + flavor + spice level that you want, and it's all stir-fried together and served to you in a sizzling pot. It was alright, but I've definitely had better dry-pot before. Still a very satisfying experience (it's hard to go too wrong with dry pot places), but I wouldn't necessary recommend this place.
> Overall decent flavor (I ordered the 香辣, which was solid)
> I ordered the lamb, which was dry and badly overcooked.
> I'm not a fan of the fact that you can't really choose your side ingredients and are confined to the vegetables they provide. I really don't like Chinese celery, and I really should have asked them to omit it. In my opinion, bean sprouts really don't work in this kind of dish too. Additional ingredients rack up in price quickly.
> There's a large pool of oil at the bottom of the pot, which makes things more greasy than it needs to be.
> They'll light a flame underneath the pot so that it stays hot ... which also has the added side effect of way overcooking some of the ingredients that stick around at the bottom.
