Excellent value "AYCE" sushi. The quality of the sushi obviously leaves a bit to be desired compared to typical omakase places, but it is still very good, definitely better than your conventional sushi restaurant. You have 70 minutes and can order as much as you want; for most people it's essentially all you can eat, but I was limited by the rate at which the sushi chef could make the nigiri; I could have probably eaten another 20-30 minutes. What's great is that you can order whatever pieces you want; you could even order an endless amount of amaebi if you wanted (the only limitation is that you can only order 1 anago and 1 uni). The restaurant itself is tiny and it's VERY difficult to get a reservation (you'll need to book around a month in advance, reservations release on the first of the month at 10am for the following month's bookings, i.e. you'll need to book on 4/1 for a May reservation); they fill up fast. You also definitely need to know fluent Japanese to be able to book here. But if those boxes are all checked off, it's worth trying.
