Excellent restaurant off strip of Las Vegas specializing in Chinese noodle dishes. Delicious and (very) reasonably priced. It's cool that you can see them making the noodles by hand behind the counter too. If you come here during peak hours, do expect a long wait though -- it can get pretty busy. You could consider putting yourself on the waitlist before coming. Alternatively, there's also a nice boba shop right next door that you could chill at while you wait.

• ★★★★ Shang Beef Noodle -- Broth and beef are the highlight of the dish. It's super tender and the flavor is well balanced (not overly spiced). The noodles are just alright.
• ★★☆☆ Pork Rib Soup -- pork and chicken broth, braised pork ribs, veggies. The pork ribs are not quite as tender / savory as I was hoping. The broth is solid, but a touch too sweet.
• ★★☆☆ Cucumber Salad -- with sesame sauce. The sesame sauce is not my preferred sauce, but overall still a solid dish.
