The food at Shalom Y'all is incredibly delicious, especially considering it's in a food hall. It's quite expensive for what you get, but it's absolutely delicious. I come here frequently to get the cauliflower bowl -- in Vegas there aren't many good options for vegetables but these were fantasic. I would almost always get the cauliflower bowl + a pita on the side (do get this, as the bowl is served with plenty of hummus), and optionally some chicken if I'm feeling it, which is also cooked really well.
