Seoul Tofu is great Korean restaurant in the western side of Las Vegas. They offer pretty much everything that you'd expect from a typical Korean restaurant. They execute it really well, though. Probably what was most interesting is that they offer a banchan that's essentially spicy hot dogs. I ordered the C10 combination, which comes with galbi and spicy cold noodles. Great food, friendly service. Good choice for Korean food.

• ★★★☆ Galbi -- Tender and juicy -- perfectly cooked. In fact, even teetering on the border of slightly undercooked. Flavor is on point.
• ★★★☆ Spicy Cold Noodles -- Perfect amount of broth to make for a sauce with the perfect consistency, when combined with the spicy sauce. I'm biased because I love this dish with the mustard and horseradish.
