General Notes

This is a decent food truck for a fast meal. The food is decent given its price point, but everything kind of tastes the same. A solid option for lunch on MIT campus.

Positives

> The options here are relatively healthy.
> Meals are fairly inexpensive (around $7-8)
> The people running the food truck really know what they are doing and process customers extremely efficiently.

Negatives

> The line can be extremely long, particularly around 12-1 on weekdays with good weather.
> Since this is a food truck, getting food, utensils, and sauce can be kind of annoying.
> As mentioned, everything kind of tastes the same. A lot of their food caters towards modern health fads like vegan, gluten-free, etc. As a result, I think many of their dishes use the same mushroom broth. Perhaps for the same reason, every time I eat here I always have a very strong aftertaste in my mouth that doesn't go away for a long time.

Dishes Tasted

  • ★★☆☆ Orange Fish -- Meh crispiness. I think the ginger flavor is a bit too strong.
  • ★★★☆ Five-spice pork -- Pretty good, probably my favorite option out of the non-curry choices.
  • ★★☆☆ Yellow Curry -- Probably my go-to option when it's available. Pretty good but slightly bland
  • ★★★☆ Red/Panang Curry -- These two are essentially the same. Again, they're both decent but a little bland.
  • ★★☆☆ Korean BBQ Chicken -- The flavor is decent, but it can be kind of dry and over-salted at times.
  • ☆☆☆☆ Tom Yum Curry -- This tastes absolutely disgusting.
  • ★☆☆☆ Masaman Curry -- Both the flavor and texture are meh.
