General Notes

Brunch restaurant in the Aria right by the pool. Great vibes, I like how much natural lighting there is. It's also not too difficult to get a table, you just have to wait in the line. The food is just alright.

  • ★☆☆☆ chocolate dutch baby -- weird texture, a little mealy
  • ★★☆☆ mixed berries dutch baby -- lemon curd, mint. I liked this a bit better -- the lemon curd was nice
  • ★☆☆☆ breakfast sandwich -- applewood smoked bacon, tomato, havarti cheese, avocado, organic eggs, pesto mayo, croissant muffin, hash browns. The ingredients are good, but I'm not a fan of the croissant muffin. I would also prefer the hash brown be on the side. Egg was a bit overcooked
