Rice Roll Express is a relatively new restaurant in Chinatown that specializes in rice rolls, as the name of the restaurant suggests. It's different from your typical dim sum rice roll. The dim sum kind have a much chewier texture and are almost always made with shrimp filling. These have a variety of fillings, most commonly, shrimp, pork, egg, dried shrimp, and various vegetables. They're also much softer in texture. I think I have a slight preference for the chewier dim sum texture, but I enjoy this too! It's nice and light, makes for a great breakfast / lunch / snack.
> VERY cheap -- you can easily come here and eat for under $10 per person. Although this is probably more suitable for breakfast / lunch, since the dish is fairly light and not that big.
> Cash only, although they also accept Venmo.
