General Notes
Bougie Japanese restaurant in a mall right along Waikiki. Delightful environment, excellent minimalist food, and fairly expensive. Their lunch menu is quite nice and they have some lunch specials which are pretty good.
Dishes Tasted
- ★★★☆ Unagi (hitsumabushi) -- very yummy unagi, surprisingly large portion. I enjoyed the seasoning and the wasabi a lot. The dashi broth was an interesting combination but not my favorite with the unagi.
