General Notes

Probably some of the best broth I've ever had in a ramen -- the bone flavor is really pronounced. The chashu is also really good; super tender + flavorful + savory, I like that it's thinly sliced. They also have some pretty unique options -- their duck chashu is a must try. The noodles are a little thin for my taste and not particularly noteworthy; that's probably the only area I wish would be improved.

Warning though -- this place is VERY popular, expect to wait upwards of 30-60m during peak hours.

Dishes Tasted

  • ★★★☆ Tonkotsu Ramen -- got it with pork belly, duck chashu, soft boiled egg, green onion, kikurage mushrooms, thick straight noodles. The noodles were not quite as thick as I like, but the broth is incredible and the meats are also excellent.
  • ★★★☆ Meat Meat Meat -- tonkotsu, thin egg noodles, pork belly, pork butt, duck chashu, chicken breast chashu, beef rib chashu, half boiled egg, green onions, kikurage mushroom, black sauce. Meats and broth is incredible; noodles are average.
