This restaurant has a unique specialty that you've probably seen in videos on Facebook and YouTube: wheels of cheese, melted and scraped tableside onto a plate with other foods. In addition, they also serve upscale grilled cheeses and tartines. It really is a huge amount of cheese. The good news is that the cheese tastes excellent. I really enjoy soft cheeses, and even more if they're melted and gooey. Each type of cheese has a pretty distinctive, intense flavor as well. I'm not even that big of a cheese fan, but if you are, this restaurant is absolutely worth checking out! It really is quite an experience.
> The service is nice and friendly. I would suggest asking for recommendations for the cheese! Each of the different cheeses has a pretty distinctive flavor which pairs well with other items. Our server recommended the smoked cheese for the Mediterranee and the black truffle cheese for the burger, both of which were amazing pairings!
