General Notes

Excellent restaurant for northern chinese style noodles. The food is excellent, what stands out most is the texture of the noodles. I have yet to order something that I didn't enjoy a lot (okay, maybe except the 肉夹馍). If you're willing to look past the terrible service, definitely a place worth trying.

They used to be open in Milpitas square, but that place closed, and they recently opened a new location in Cupertino.

  • ★★★★ 凉皮 -- Excellent, but not for everyone. I love the chewy texture and the savoriness from the chili oil, but it also doesn't have a lot of vinegar / other flavors -- this is fine with me but you might be used to having more.

  • ★★★★ 油泼面 -- Amazing! Not watery, like many renditions at other restaurants. This makes it intensely savory and delicious.
