General Notes

Very yummy bulgogi restaurant in Hongdae. Note: everything on their menu is PORK, not beef. I was surprised to learn that bulgogi is actually just referring to the marinading method, and not the fact that it's beef. It's commonly beef (and almost always beef in the US), but here it was all pork. Excellent food, very affordable, and a great selection of banchan. I dream about the octopus / pork belly dish. Note, with the exception of the octopus / pork belly (which is raw), everything is cooked by them in a separate grill, not at the grill at your table. That's moreso for keeping things warm.


Positives

> I like the bean sprouts + scallions that they add at the bottom of the meat. Mixing it together adds a nice balance.
