Normally I wouldn't include a pho restaurant on this list since I can't really distinguish them super well, but this place was especially outstanding. The key was that the noodles weren't overcooked and had a nice al-dente resistance to them, which is something I haven't quite experienced elsewhere. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're in the mood for pho.
