General Notes

Beautiful views and mediocre / expensive food. It's a lovely experience, especially if you can snag a window table and experience the sunset from there. The tables are first-come first serve, so you'll probably want to make your reservation a little bit on the earlier side if you want to make sure you can get a window table. The food itself is mediocre and overpriced, but honestly, you're mostly paying for that view.

Dishes Tasted

  • ★★★☆ creme brulee -- pretty solid creme brulee overall
  • ★★☆☆ brussel sprouts (2) -- fried well, could be a little more crispy, flavor was ok a little lackluster
  • ★★☆☆ colorado rack of lamb -- dijon crusted rack of lamb, herbed potato gratin, asparagus. The lamb was okay, cooked well but a little lacking in flavor. The rest of the components were decent.
  • ☆☆☆☆ braised short rib -- one of the worst short ribs I've had, it tender but really dry and completely lacked that savory taste. served with sweet potato puree and carrots and jus, the rest was ok.
  • ★★☆☆ mussels and farm bread -- mussels, white wine, garlic, butter, lemon, farm bread. The bread is ok, the mussels are decent, but there's no way this should be $36
