An excellent option for Xi'an food. Obviously, its most direct competition is with Xi'an Famous Foods. As you might know, I am a huge fan of northern Chinese food, particularly Xi'an food - I love the flavors and ingredients. One thing that stood out to me about this restaurant is their lamb. It's much better than the lamb at other restaurants, is intensely flavorful, has a good level of fattiness, and is nice and tender. The rest of the components are decent as well, although the noodles doesn't have quite as nice of a texture. I'd recommend give this place a try.

> The lamb is incredible, much better than other similar competing restaurants. It is cut into reasonably sized chunks and they serve relatively large portions of lamb. It is intensely flavorful and quite tender.

• ★★★☆ 孜然羊肉肉夹馍 -- Excellent flavor and texture in the lamb. My only (slight) complaint is that the bun was ever so slightly too dry.
• ★★★☆ 孜然羊手拉面 -- This dish was amazing (especially the lamb!), apart from a few minor aspects. The pickled cabbage was a bit weird and an unwelcome addition. The noodles generally had a great texture, but felt slightly unpleasantly sticky.
