General Notes
A decent option for ramen in Japantown, just outside the main mall complex. The ramen is solid (and apparently people have said good things about their fried rice as well), but nothing particularly noteworthy.
Dishes Tasted
- ★★☆☆ Supreme Tonkotsu Ramen -- Creamy pork broth with chashu pork, smoked soft boiled egg, bean sprouts, green onions, kikurage mushrooms, bamboo shoots, fish cakes, and roasted seaweed. Nothing particularly noteworthy but pretty solid. Not a huge fan of the texture of the noodles, but I enjoy the light smoky flavor. The chashu could probably be improved by being braised for a little longer.
