General Notes
I dream about the einspanner at oats coffee. It was my first time having an einspanner and it's quickly become one of my favorite drinks of all time. The consistency and texture is so unique -- it's simultaneously super sumptuous + thick, and also very light and fluffy at the same time. It's the perfect accompaniment to coffee. Also, you can get it with oat milk and decaf (which is surprisingly quite rare in Seoul). The pastries are decent but somewhat forgettable, but the drinks are incredible. Nice warm aesthetic vibes, great place for a yummy hangout.
