They market themselves as an "Australian breakfast cafe", which is a pretty strange concept. In practice, what they're most well known for is their brulee pancakes, which are quite delicious. Their pancakes are the Japanese, fluffy style. Great option if you're craving something sweet for breakfast.

  • ★★★☆ Mini Brulee Pancakes -- two fluffy pancakes stacked, topped with custard cream, bruleed. Served with caramel sauce on the side. Delicious; the brulee is perfect, the pancakes are delightfully fluffy, and the custard is delicious. The caramel sauce is a nice compliment as it adds a bit of flavor contrast, but it could use a little bit more contrast for balance.
