Average budae jigae restaurant; seems like this place is a chain, I went to the Hapjeong mall location. It's hard to go too wrong with budae jigae (after all, look at the ingredients), but this was definitely not my preferred budae jigae. Overall, I found it to be too watery, not my desired consistency. I also didn't like that the cuts of processed meat were all very thin, which made the overall eating experience less enjoyable. I did like that there was a stove at the table, which gradually reduced down the broth, until towards the end it was quite a bit thicker.
