Solid ramen joint near Santa Barbara, near the airport. It's in this interesting plaza which seems to have a lot of Japanese influences. Anyways, the ramen is pretty solid (although skip the chicken karaage). Definitely try their pork belly in the ramen.

• ★★★☆ spicy tonkotsu ramen -- the highlight of the ramen was definitely the pork belly, which was super tender and had a char for amazing textural contrast. The rest of the ramen was solid
• ☆☆☆☆ chicken karaage -- easily one of the worst chicken karaage I've had -- it's fried ok but it's pretty dry / tough and the flavor is way too strong of ginger
