General Notes
Pretty solid breakfast sandwiches. I'm generally pretty indifferent about breakfast sandwiches (they all consistently taste pretty bland / uninteresting to me), and this place wasn't that out of the ordinary in that regard, but their hot sauce was delightful. I also like that the sandwich is on a kaiser roll.

- ★★☆☆ Mortadella Sandwich -- mortadella, fried egg, pickled jalapenos, provolone and american cheeses, spk. The pickled jalapenos was an excellent touch. I like the texture of the kaiser roll, relatively soft instead of too chewy like a bagel. The egg could be fried a little better (less hard, but also a little crispier)
