General Notes

Unironically some of the best, most comforting food I've ever had in my life. Surprising to think that this happened at a restaurant where I spent maybe like $10-15. They cook their pork so well. It's the perfect combination of juicy, tender, and intensely savory. I dream of that pork belly with the dipping sauce. The broth too, oh man. So much cooking inspiration to come from this place, and I will definitely try making this again in the future.

Dishes Tasted

  • ★★★★ Assorted Dwaeji-Gukbap -- sundae, tripe, meat. The soup is so good, and surprisingly each component in the soup was tender + flavorful + savory. Apparently this broth is cooked for several days, and the flavor definitely shines.
  • ★★★★ Boiled Sliced Pork + Sundae -- The pork belly is so tender, juicy, and savory. The sundae is cooked well too. The dipping sauce that it was served with is unreal (some concoction of mustard, vinegar, and sugar) -- it's perfect.
