General Notes

Nice bakery in downtown San Jose specializing in milk bread / toasts / sandwiches. Overall, food is pretty good and very reasonably priced. Would definitely be interested in trying some of their other offerings as I feel like the dishes we chose were somewhat pedestrian and not too much to my taste.

Dishes Tasted
  • ★★☆☆ Hong Kong Milk Toast -- peanut butter, condensed milk, roadhouse butter. I wasn't a fan of it at first but it grew on me over time. Not a huge fan of peanut butter overall, but this was pretty solid.
  • ★★☆☆ Lemongrass Chicken Salad Sando -- lemongrass chicken, cabbage, thai basil, cilantro, scallion, lime. Overall, good flavor.
