General Notes
A fantastic Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of University City. Great food and healthy portions at a very reasonable price point. I ordered a lentil bowl with falafel; what stood out most was that the falafel was freshly fried with a wonderful texture and had a remarkably soft interior (not dry like most falafel I've had). As with most Mediterranean restaurants, they do a great job of layering acidity and the result is so flavorful and refreshing.
Positives
> Their pita is made in house and tastes delightful. It's crisp on the exterior. Warm, chewy, and fluffy on the interior. More often than not, pita ends up being quite dry but it wasn't the case for Micheline's.
