General Notes

Amazing restaurant for 小笼包 and 生煎包 in Fremont. Shanghai delight used to be my go-to place, but now this is definitely going to be my new favorite. The food is simply delicious, the 生煎包 especially was some of the best I've ever had, fried so well. Reasonably priced too.

  • ★★★★ 生煎包 -- tons of delicious soup, nice texture on the skin, filling is tasty + savory without being too sweet, really quite hard to find flaws with this one.
  • ★★★☆ 干煸四季豆 -- cooked perfectly, I really like how it's cooked with some fried onions, which adds some really nice texture + flavor
